CRM System
As an add-on to the application to a customised „project management“” solution, the CRM (Customer Relationship Management System) provides a chronological documentation of Customer activities, preferences, potential, offers made and Orders received. Furthermore it allows for detailed documentation of customer visits separately in a report format which is then grouped together with the corresponding customer and/or project.
The clear and lean user interface allowed us to build and track customers as well as their projects while ensuring our sales team I alway a head of things.
The lotus notes based solution was designed & managed by me.
