Responsibilities:
- Analyse the Chinese automotive market and develop the Company’s market entry strategy
- Preparation of short- and long-term Business Plan
- Develop strong customer base of TIER1 Suppliers such as VALEO, Delphi, TRW, KOSTAL
- Support of national and international OEM’s in China, India, Korea and Thailand
- Incorporating SATECO as a FICE in China and establishing a local operation
- Operational responsibility for all Project Activities in China
- Price & contract negotiations for new automotive developments (lifetime 7 years)
- Implement various marketing tools such as Chinese website, catalogue, newsletter, surveys
Achievements:
- Successfully developed the market entry strategy for China, incl. Business Plan (approved)
- Gained first Business with more than 4.5 Mio. EUR annual turnover of silicon components
- Strengthen relations with International OEM’s in China such as VW, AUDI, FORD, GM and Peugot
- Established first contacts with local OEM’s including Geely, Great Wall Motors, BYD and GAIC
- Build a strong customer base of Chinese and International TIER1 Suppliers in India, Korea and China
